I was nervous about the prospect of purchasing a Bernedoodle online & States away, but the Heavenly Puppy team eased my fears! My puppy was transported by van and arrived clean & healthy! I’m totally in love with her and can’t wait to show her off to everyone!

The transport was easy to meet and on time. 

I was hesitant to purchase a puppy online. I did my research, spoke with Heavenly Puppy representative a few times and then pulled the trigger. Premier Pet Transportation delivered our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy on Valentine’s Day and she was the best Valentine ever! She is a pawfect puppy and I am so thrilled with the entire process.

Great Experience with Heavenly Puppy 

We had a great experience with Heavenly Puppy . It has been 4years since picking a puppy and the process is very different from what it was then. Candice from Heavenly Puppy helped us with picking the right breed and was willing to answer questions and provide additional information about the process and the puppies. She was very responsive and helpful. The communication from Heavenly Puppy was consistent, often and at the right time along the way. We received Patrick (AKA Cricket :) a little over 1 week ago. He is healthy, well adjusted, and everything we could have hoped for. I would recommend Heavenly Puppy in the future.

I was so nervous and skeptical to purchase a puppy online but Heavenly Puppy made this experience absolutely wonderful! Before I purchased my puppy, I was able to talk to someone about the breed, size and tell them what I was looking for and they helped answer all of my questions. Then when I bought my puppy, there was great communication and updates through the whole process, which brought so much peace to my mind. The delivery went smoothly as well and the delivery staff guys were awesome and great communicators. Now we have a beautiful, healthy happy puppy that we just adore! Thank you Heavenly Puppy!

My husband and I welcomed Wrangler into our home on Saturday evening (2/1/25). What a wait! Purchased for the New Year and he ended up being quarantined before being shipped for 5 days (all is well). I was really starting to worry that it wasn't meant to be. . . But, he arrived just in time for my birthday! And, he's already wormed his way into my heart! The only issue I had with Heavenly Puppy was that they couldn't find my account with my phone numbers. They had to use my email address to find him. When they updated my account - the corrected phone number didn't make it to the transport company that was delivering him. I ended up calling the Transport company directly as I hadn't received any delivery information. Other than that, the process was easy, helpful, and I'm thrilled with my son! The Transport company was stellar also. I would definitely go to Heavenly Puppy again (or recommend) for just the right dog.

crate training or potty training. He’s been much more easy going and less anxious than our first puppy we bought from a local petstore. He slept thru the night completely with nothing but 2 seconds of whining in the crate next to my bed. He’s been amazing with my 6 year old mini golden doodle as well. We’re smitten with this cutie.
